Frontier / Engagements

Three ways
to start.

The opportunity assessment is free. Everything after it is quoted from your operation rather than from a tier list, because no two businesses arrive with the same problem.

Engagements

Free

Opportunity assessment

No cost, no commitment

A working session on your operation. We map where time, data, and attention are being lost, then hand back a short list of opportunities ranked by what they are worth.

  • A map of how the work runs today
  • Opportunities ranked by impact and effort
  • A recommended place to start
  • Written up and yours to keep

Custom software and AI

Priced per scope

Software built around the way you already work: internal tools, customer portals, AI agents, and the integrations that hold them together.

  • Fixed scope agreed before we start
  • Delivered in cycles you can use
  • Your systems, your data, your accounts
  • Code and documentation belong to you

Build for equity

A stake instead of an invoice

You have the idea and you know the market. We have the team to build it. When we believe in what you are building, we take part of the upside instead of the fee.

  • For founders without a build budget
  • We build the product, you own the business
  • A handful of projects a year
  • Terms in writing before any code
See how it works

Prices depend on scope, integrations, and technical uncertainty. We clarify all three before anyone commits to anything.

Frontier / Partnership

Have the idea,
not the budget?

Some of the best products start as a problem someone lived with for years and could never afford to solve. Build for equity exists for those. You bring the idea, the market, and the commitment. We bring design, engineering, and AI, and we take a stake in what we build together instead of a fee.

What we look for

  • A problem you know first-hand

You have lived the process you want to change, or you have spent years selling to the people who live it.

  • A market that already pays

Someone is spending money on this problem today, even if they are spending it badly.

  • A founder who stays

We can build the product. Somebody still has to build the business, and that person is you.

  • Something software actually fixes

The bottleneck should be software or AI. If it is capital, regulation, or logistics, we are the wrong partner.

How it works

  1. You send the pitch

Five short steps on a page of its own. Ten focused minutes, not a deck.

  2. We read it and we answer

Every pitch gets a reply within two weeks, including the ones we pass on.

  3. A working session

If it fits, we spend a session pressure-testing the idea and shaping a first version worth building.

  4. Terms, then build

Equity, scope, and milestones agreed in writing before a line of code.

Pitch

Tell us what
you want to build.

We read every pitch ourselves. We do not share them, and we do not use them to build anything of our own.

Start your pitch

Five short steps, about ten minutes. No deck required.

A conversation is a good beginning

Not sure which
one you need?

Most people are not, at first. Bring the problem and we will work out together whether it needs software, AI, a smaller change, or a partner.

No commitment to a project. Start with the problem.

Opportunity assessment

Tell us what to look at.

A working session on your operation, at no cost. Four questions and we will come back to you within two working days.

The process that hurts, the report nobody trusts, the work that eats the week. Rough is fine.
